Renowned for award-winning Margaret River wines and iconic South West venues, Swings needed a website that truly reflected their spirit, while integrating multiple platforms to ensure customers never missed a moment of the Swings experience.
A Shopify build with multiple integrations, the design and user experience were very carefully considered to support two venues, multiple menus, and a wide range of customer journeys.
With no formal brand system in place, in addition to a detailed sitemap and build, we refined and adapted the existing visual direction, rolling it out consistently across the entire site to create a cohesive, recognisable experience.
With venue-specific menus and takeaway ordering to an online shop, wine subscription, newsletter sign-ups, and dedicated weddings and events enquiries, the site needed to make complexity feel simple.
Fully integrated with Bopple POS, menus, products, and in-venue ordering is in perfect sync, while Klaviyo set up automatically syncs customer data to power targeted email campaigns, abandoned cart follow-ups, and personalised marketing. WineHub and Shopify work together to streamline online wine sales, subscriptions, and delivery. Together, these integrations create a smooth, connected experience that makes it easy for customers to engage with Swings & Roundabouts at every touchpoint.
The good times experience was rolled out seamlessly to mobile, making booking, buying and browsing enjoyable and easy.
We also manage Swings’ social media presence, creating content that captures the energy, warmth, and quality of their venues and wine. From seasonal campaigns and menu launches to events and lifestyle storytelling, we craft posts that engage their audience, build community, and drive traffic to both venues and the online shop.
